Development:- We can agree to buy a site subject to planning permission - the greater the planning permission achieved on the site the greater the remuneration offered to the client for their site. Alternatively, we can examine the possibility of a joint venture where the client provides the site and we fund the build costs. We also provide the expertise to complete the project from concept to completion. The development of houses, apartments, mixed commercial and residential projects are considered. Sale proceeds are then split according to the funds invested by both parties.
